We hope that you will be very happy with your purchase, if however in the event that you are not 100% happy, we offer a full money back guarantee. Please get in touch via our contact us page stating your reason for requesting a return and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

All items which have been agreed on for return, should be shipped back to us within 7 days. Once we’ve received the returned package and providing it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund the full amount minus postage.

Please note return delivery costs are payable by the customer (unless otherwise agreed) and we recommend you send your items back using a signed for service, as we can't be held responsible for any losses during transit.

Personalised Items:
Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been personalised or customised as these have been created specifically and cannot be re-sold.
