How will my item be packaged?
All our cards come with plastic free packaging. Your card and envelope are wrapped inside a paper bag to protect them, and then all of that is packaged inside a rigid board back envelope to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Our cards, envelope and packaging are all recyclable.

Can my order be sent direct to the recipient?
Sure! We are more than happy to send your order direct to the recipient. All you need to do is make a note at checkout leaving the message for the inside of the card, along with the recipients full address, then we'll do the rest.
If sending more than one card direct to different addresses, please be sure to order the cards separately so that postage is calculated correctly for each address.

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes! We now offer international shipping on all of our cards. We have a flat rate of £2.50 for all international orders.

When will I receive my order?
We aim to ship all cards within 2 business days of placing your order. If you need a swift turnaround, please make a note at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate.
All UK cards are sent via Royal Mail 1st class with an estimated delivery of 1-2 days.
For international orders please allow 5-10* working days.
During busy periods such as Christmas, or times of bad weather, please be aware that postal carriers may experience some delays and these are out of our control.
*Please be aware that Covid-19 has caused greater delays to some areas, so at this time we would advise international customers not to order cards required within 10 days. 

My order hasn’t arrived yet?
Please check our dispatch and delivery estimates to make sure you have allowed enough time for your order to arrive. Business days are Monday - Friday and don't include weekends or bank holidays. If after checking, your order should have arrived, please get in touch detailing your order number, name and address so we can take a look for you. 

I have placed an order but made a mistake with the personalisation, what can I do?
Don't worry, just get in touch ASAP so this can be sorted for you if at all possible. In the event that your order has already been printed or dispatched then unfortunately we can't help further as personalised items cannot be resold.

There is a mistake with my order, what do I do?
If there is a mistake with your order we are very sorry! Please reach out so we can sort this out for you. We aim to get things right first time as we want you to be 100% happy with your order, however we are human and there is a chance that the odd mistake may be made. My order has arrived damaged, what can I do?
We package all items the best we can to try ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We cannot however manage how they are handled during transit and there may be the odd occasion our packages incur damage, though this is very rare. In the event your order does arrive damaged, please get in touch so we can look into this for you. We will need to request photos so we can take this up with Royal Mail.
